Just want to add in: sorry to all the people who have pergo floors, but once you have a flood on it, it is so expensive to redo it. I had also considered pergo floors. But ceramic tiles did not cost that much more. They do not scratch, do not have to be refinished, and Lexie has the money to do this.

I have Pergo and I hate it. It was a big mistake not spending the money for real wood to begin with.
