Wow, what a great post! You didn't mention that you write very well. I'll bet you have a whole bunch of good qualities you haven't mentioned. As the mind starts to clear thoughts of regret can come pouring in. The same happened to me and I finally discovered that the only way I'll get well is to dive right in and face my fears and issues.
