I guess im still technically withdrawing but feeling better than yesterday. LOTS of water and food, especially those isotonic sports drinks. Lots of rest, sleeping is always the best method if you can, but I get really anxious and panicky and cannot sleep.

Remember to call for medical help if you start to feel worse, better to be safe than sorry. Take care
