Enjoy the cab ride! Yeah, get that back in shape. I had a friend that had back problems and they gave him exercises to strengthen his abdomen. Turned out that strengthening the abdomen relieved pressure on the back. Who knew?

Well, after 2 months of physical therapy with targeting the abdominal muscles I have to say that It will not help my disc, and arthritis. My abdominal muscles are happy though. I have this big ball that i do a series of abdominal work on. I like the big ball. I wish that it was helping. The doctor is sending me back to PT for some other kind of work.
I am an active person. I do things that i am not supposed to do in regards to activities.....That is all I will say.
Anyways, I have to eat. Then I have to start this Valium thing. Not thrilled. Thank you all for talking to me. I appreciate the understanding of this post. I know that it is not about drinking. Forgive me!
