Most of the time I did have 2-3 glasses of wine a night, but I am a small woman! In recent months though I was finishing off the bottle about once or twice a week, which gave me a terrible hangover for a good part of the week. And I have no doubt it would have continued to escalate.
Women are supposed to average no more than one drink a night. But what's the point of that? Better to just not drink at all.
