I don't have any advise for cutting down other than to try it. If you can't do it then you have two options. Keep drinking or stop drinking all together. I have never been able to control my drinking beyond a few weeks and I have tried numerous times. It's all or nothing for me. Keep coming back and let us know how you are doing.
