First step
Well decided to join this site as I am over drinking three bottles of wine blacking out and having nightmares all night Figure if I go on here at night will give me support dried out twice in mental wards oh yeah tapped in the head as well but once outside something happens easier drink don't want to write more as I have a habit of spilling my guts and don't think it helps ok here goes day one
