Welcome. Most here have felt your feelings and did something about it. They came to forums like this, AA, NA treatment centers or detoxes. The first thing to be learned is NOT to pick up the first drink/drug. Not easy but simple. Next comes the maintenance of that simple statement and I believe it's being honest with ourselves.
