If the manager does this again I'd record the whole conversation on a cell phone.. Totally unacceptable.. Especially in front of customers..
If I was a customer and witnessed this behavior I would have called the owner..
Keep your chin up and stay positive.. Kill the nasty manager with kindness.. Can't stand bipolar managers.. Been there done that..
