After Sunday's relapse I'm back at it!
Hi everyone. I just want to share my joy of getting through a "new" day 1 yesterday. Spent the evening just hanging out window shopping and having a nice dinner out with my wife and daughter. I feel refreshed and rested. I'm so proud of myself and am looking forward to day 2.
