Just looked at the calender and it's 600 days today .
I have a cold , every mad person in london was deciding to drive like a looney and have accidents this afternoon / evening .. my commute of 12 miles took 2 hours 20 mins .
I've got a long shower just waiting for me to step into as i've just had my dinner .
I made it home unscathed , i'm sober , i have no intention of drinking , i have no urges to drink for months now , life this evening sober is pritty great
If you're an alcoholic like me (2 bottles of wine a night and 2 or 3 of spirits at the weekend) then listen up .. being sober is great , do it now and don't look back , learn and use everthing at your disposal to make it happen , be ruthless and be bold .
If you're drunk reading this , lurking , like i used to . I call you out to try and get 90 days or 6 months sober , what do you have to loose ? I'd welcome a message in 6 months saying "i tried 6 months sober M , it was easy , i don't have a problem "
Right , i'm off for my shower , day 601 here i come , ready or not
