Oh just want to add one more thing.
I was an atheist up until I prayed to God about this. In sheer desperation and tears one night I kept begging God to help me, over and over. After that my life has changed dramatically. I've had counselling for my issues but the only thing that has really, truly helped me, is spirituality. I don't necessarily believe in the Bible, I guess you could call me a New Age kind of Christian but I now know with 100% of my being that there is what you call and "afterlife" and a higher place than the one we live in. It has given me a perspective I didn't think possible and I could never go back to the way I was before.
