There is a good little questionnaire on the AA website that helps you figure it out I think.....

I know this was helpful for me in the times I really wasn't sure how serious my problem was.

answering honestly i only got 2 out of 12. more like 2.5 out of twelve since i don't really go to parties so that question was not effective for me.
makes me feel a little better.
