Did you have sleeping issues before you started drinking? I did... I've been an insomniac since childhood. So for me at least I keep reminding myself that along with the physical withdrawal, I'm also trying to learn a skill that I basically never learned, or if I did a bit, unlearnt over the course of the last few years.
