It's yet one another of those pesky acronyms, but AV means addictive voice. It's your amygdala speaking, and it has no knowledge of you, or any concern if you live or die. It's the part of your brain that just wants more, regardless of the results of previous experiments.

Keeping the dopamine at baseline is a challenge I'm still working on. I've abused my dopamine level for decades, so stuff like going shopping for food... it's gonna take me a while before that seems normal, rather than wanting to abscond as fast as possible.
