I do believe "what is said here stays here". I work in my husband's clinic and we have the same philosophy. I have been trained well not to open my mouth.
I went to my sister's house to pick up the kids and she asked who was there. She said she probably knows some of the people (she and her husband own a bar). She could tell by the look I gave her that she shouldn't have asked that.
