Gratitude has made all the difference in my life. I try to say "thank you" every day for all the blessings God has given me.
But sometimes I need to remember when things go wrong...for example, if I am having a bad day where things just don't go right, perhaps I have a dispute over a bill and am frustrated, or someone says something that really annoys me...I find saying "If THAT's the worst thing that happens to me today, thank you God!".
If I can't change my circumstance, I change my attitude to gratitude and it always makes my day better.
