Laughter and Anxiety

When's the last time you had a real genuine laugh? You know the type. The type where you absolutely can't control your out burst of laughing no matter what you do! The more you try to control it the more you laugh! For me, its been awhile. I believe that to stem from my years of relying on alcohol to induce that type of feeling. Of course, that's no longer apart of my life, so I must find alternative ways to induce that feeling . So tonight, I'm feeling a little goofy, and on a mission to do just that :P PLUS - laughter is the best medicine for just about any stress related issue. Its great for the heart, and jacks you full of endorphin's leaving the muscle relaxed for up to 45 mins. Aright, enough of the science behind it :P I'm off to watch some stand-up

Down with anxiety!!! I will beat this SOB with nutrition, vitamins, health, and now laughter
