I lay my head down, need to sleep.
And in come all the thoughts. Thoughts I quashed with slurry boozy slumber for decades.
More and more all the time.
Thoughts of dying, issues with my kids, anxiety about money, problems in business, lists and lists.
I want to address each one, figure it out, analyze it, and some I just want to STOP.
but it's not happening.
