Tipping Point, when you first mentioned the Allen Carr book, I thought you were just talking about the Stop Smoking one (which i suceessfully used many years ago) and transpiring that method over to booze, but today I stumbled across Allen Carr's Easy Way to Stop Drinking. Very excited I bought the e-book immediately and I agree with you, it is a VERY good match for AVRT - I like how is helps you not to miss it or envy others...
I am reading it sober for the rest of the day...
