Fitz, I've found it to be true that I have tested much the same over the years, at least on the DISC assessment (another one for all you self-knowledge junkies). It struck me as an ok thing that my preferences on MBTI were all moderate - I took that to mean that I am able to adapt my approach depending on the circumstances.
