I(introvert) doesn't (necessarily) mean shy or socially backwards. In the Myers Briggs framework, it means we get energy from within and being around people - at least too much - can be draining. E(xtrovert)s draw their energy from being around other people. They're the ones who like to call a meeting to brainstorm. We don't need to brainstorm; we instictively know the answer.
