I have taken the Myers Briggs type indicator at work on 2 different occasions. Once as an IT Java developer and then again (years later) in a leadership role as an IT Project Manager. Both times I was an INFJ.

I took the assessment as part of a premarital assessment too. I, again, came out as an INFJ. I actually thought it was going to be different because I felt like I was answering some of the questions from a different perspective. Nope.

INFJ. The only reason I even remember what I was an INFJ type is that we had to put our type indicator with our name tag on our office door. It was supposed to help work place communication.

To this day, I really don't know what it really means. I think "I" means introvert, but I also know the definition of an introvert is often wrongly defined by people.
