So he has money to go to a Costa Rica holiday and for alcohol but he doesn't have money for your car or your health?
I know we all have our own pace and life choices but honestly I would not want this person around me, even as a friend. I write this with true concern & sympathy. I have been blinded by many abusive situations that went on for years
