KRS, it's very easy to find out info about AVRT. Just point your google at it. The website that has the info is called Rational Recovery. All the info you need is there, and you can also get a book called AVRT - The New Cure for Substance Addiction, or The Art of AVRT. You can get them from the website or used copies from Amazon for cheap. There are DVDs and seminars too, but I don't know of anyone that has used those.
There is a bunch of info right here on this forum. There is a long running thread with over 2500 posts here called AVRT Discussion. I made a post a while ago called
AVRT Explained. There are other threads here too, just scroll down.
