Hi, im doing better today. Had a long talk with a friend last night. Today, I made myself go to church where i apologized for my behavior the day before and calmly confronted someone I felt had rejected me. Then i went and helped a friend clean the house she was moving out of. These steps made me feel better. Helping a friend took my mind off my problems. I am dealing with alot, and last week was a doozy with the lawyer switching and my dad in the hospital and my AH coming to town. Thank you to all for letting me get my bottled emotions off my chest.
