I recently went on a meditation retreat. Besides meditation we did exercises in breathing, qigong, and meridian tapping. The qigong and tapping instruction/exercise were the best part for me. After the exercises I felt so relaxed and at the same time energized. I am starting to make these a part of my daily routine.
