It does, and it is, and we do not. I am a Pagan, hope it helps "Pagan" (yes, I capitalize it) is an umbrella term covering many kinds of what we call "paths" (denominations). Wiccan is an example. Asatru is another. Druid is another. Many people consider native spiritualities to be Pagan because there's not One Male God. Or Hindu religions also.

And no, no Pagan I have ever known tries to recruit new ones.
