I don't know, really. I have been sober for 20 days, and I look in the mirror, and I just
look better. It could be because I've been hungover for a long time and I get really bad bags under my eyes, and that's what I look like when I'm not hanging.
I've lost about 7 pounds as well in the 20 days. I've been doing a low carb diet, though, so I'm sure that helps. I've lost 20 pounds in the past couple months, so it may not be related to no alcohol anyway.
