Facilitator here as well. Meetings are as wide range as the people as well as facilitator. I kept a leash on mine, we checked in and then worked the tools. I also attended online meetings and they varied. I found the ones I liked, and attended those. The ones I didn't like, I didn't attend.
So give a few meetings a chance. You might just be surprised.
