RR: The New Cure book, and in this thread, but the best way to learn AVRT is in a room, all by yourself, alone with your Beast, where you can observe your own thoughts and feelings. A very stark contrast to the oft-repeated
"don't isolate, get out of your own head, it can be a dangerous neighborhood" adage.
