The things that have helped me out the most are having several bottles of cold Gatorade or Water, or Tea, or whatever in the fridge and drink drink drink all day while eating well and taking real vitamins and amino acids tablets. I actually have all 3 of those drinks in large quantities in the fridge and rotate but I really haven't seriously thought about alcohol since the 2-4 days after stopping for good.

I usually get really depressed, feel like doing nothing but vegging, but not this time.

By my 4th day after quitting I felt great and it just gets better and better everyday now.

I've felt so good that in the past 2 weeks I've put over 1000 miles on my motorcycle, just cruising around everywhere. It gets almost 100mpg so costs almost nothing lol. If I'm bored and think I might start pondering alcohol I'll go for a ride, even at Midnight lol. :rotfxko
