I love the AVRT method
AVRT was referred to today by others on this forum as the just say no approach. Darn right it is.
I firmly believe that for me and me alone AVRT will save my life.
Others can do what ever they wish.
I am great full and humble in my approach to deciding that I will never drink and never change my mind.
I had a huge win yesterday. I was in a situation where I kept my Big Plan close to me. I did what I never did before. Stayed rock solid and sober. I repeated it over and over when I needed the strength.
I have NEVER been able to before. *****!
