hey i'm at a year now, i won't take anything away from aa or any other method, but rr works for some of us and it saved my life, so even though jack t isn't everyone's cup of tea (lol!) if you've read enough to know what it is, give it a try 100% and join me, the people who can say "i will never drink/use again, and i will never change my mind"...
