Remember to breath. Honestly, i get so wound up sometimes (and this was absolutely awful my first few weeks off alcohol) that i forgot to breath. It's amazing what going into the bathroom, shutting the door, turning on the faucet (for a little white noise) and taking a minute or two for some deep breaths will do for you. It brings down your blood pressure, calms down your mind...maybe just for a little while but it's more than you had a few moments before that. Good job on Day 3. Keep it up!
