Back to insomia :(
I have some "issues" going on...Gawd I hate that word! As a result- i get a little manic and cant fall asleep. I end up till 430ish in the morning doing artork and then when i do get asleep- i wake up with a startle at 730. I have klnonpin to help me get to sleep and it isnt working. Ive already maxed the dose. Time to call the shrink again and hoping he can help with a solution. ugh.
HATE IT - it effects my quality of life!
