Yes I see a huge difference in how I look, dress and act after only a few months of not drinking.
Instead of trying to hide myself with clothes I now express myself.
I look and feel so much better and I no longer shy away from the camera....unlike the past few years where I looked so bad that I HATED having my picture taken.
I can't wait to see what a year sobriety looks like on me!
