Today I am free to wake up in the morning and feel wonderful and not so I'll I want the day to end. Not have to get up, rummage for a painkiller, feeling dreadful, shaky, heart pounding in my chest, not remembering the night before, feeling full of guilt, shame and dread, then trying to go back to sleep hoping that husband doesn't know!!!!! Thank God today I am free...
