It's my birthday today and I am visiting home for weekend where I usually drink quite a bit. I was talking myself up all the way home, telling myself I don't need to drink tonight etc. when I arrived home my dad instantly gave me a glass of wine. I put it down straight away and said no thanks I am takin a break from alcohol!! I didn't even want it - I felt in complete control!!!
