10000mg of tylenol PM? That's enough to knock out a horse. I've taken 50mg of diphenhydramine and felt like I was high... if at all possible can you talk to a doctor about that dosage? It's definately a drug too and can really hurt your liver badly... especially in those amounts. Sorry to hear you feel so bad.
