My XAH even wrote a note (which I still have) saying that he will "help me" for a while with the payments and more, everyone told me not to "believe every thing" and to be cautious, I did not believe them after all, he told me he would..boy what a rude awakening. He was so mean to me (sober) he did not care about my welfare and his promise to help me was just another one of his lies. So beware, just remember you are dealing with a sick person.
