I will not drink today because I feel better than I have in a year in spite of being kind of brain dead from lack of consistent sleep, and I don't want to lose it now. I have no desire to drink, oddly enough. This last year has been a pattern of binge drinking then 3 days off here and there then right back at it.
Blech.
