@carbie That's awesome! You're doing good. I found in the first couple days a little Immodium and some light, dry foods - a muffin, bagel, toast, bananas, nuts - stuff like that which won't cause a lot of acid helped. It was strange for me because I changed my whole diet and so my stomach was hit with a double whammy when I switched from Mighty Taco and Twinkies to fruits and veggies and unprocessed meals
