Have you found exercise to help?

I was thinking going for a jog in the evening before bed might help. I'm not really a runner actually so maybe a walk would be a better idea. As it is I stay up late watching films and TV which I don't think is going to help to relax.

I think I want to avoid medication anyway because I have an addictive nature and very little willpower when it comes to that.
