Only you can give an answer to that. What you are drinking is not excessive, but by your own admission it has increased.
Seek medical advice for your insomnia, cut the drinks out for a while and see if that helps you. I always slept better without a drink , even when I was drinking the same amount as you.
Just watch it doesnt increase further, that is when real problems begin
