I don't know if the term "Law of Attribution" is mentioned explicitly in
RR:TNC, since I haven't read it in a while, but it is certainly implied. One of these days I should really go back and re-read the book, but I probably picked up the term either from the
Journal of RR or from the RR forums. I do know that it is made explicit, if not exactly named, in
The Art of AVRT. I referenced it fairly explicitly myself in the following two posts, though.
