not a dry drunk? I'm glad to hear that you are doing well, April. While it is indeed easy once you get the hang of AVRT, there is a potential downside to this. Your AV might one day say
"since it was so easy to quit before, you can start drinking again and quit any time now that you know AVRT so well." I trust you'll know how to deal with that idea.
