This is a "program" designed to sell you a book and vitamins. There are no cited medical references to any kind of studies to support this "theory". I just did a search of the medical literature for articles on "orthomolecular medicine", and got a bunch of really old stuff on Linus Pauling.
Hey, I actually like the concept, so I don't want to bash taking vitamins to contribute to our health and well-being. But this is no alcohol/drug treatment "program" at all.
