So sorry for all the losses here. I know it has only been not quite a year that you broke it off with him... and I am sad for this kind of ending... but I am so glad that you did not have to go through this with him.
I also know that sometimes ppl go through many emotions at a time such as this and the lessons you learned during your recovery will help you sort them out appropriately.
Keep up your readings and meetings. Talk to your close friends. You have been doing fine and while this is new challenge you will get through this too.
