My AH stopped drinking for a month. Last night I called my daughter at 8 pm. She said her dad was already sleeping. I asked if he was drinking she did not know. Today I went over there went to throw something away
the trash was filled with beer bottles. I really hoped It would take this time.
I have been with him for 25 years. I moved out 3 months ago. I have been working on myself. I went to my first alanon meeting Monday. It really hurts that he only did a month. I was hoping maybe in 6 months or a year we could try again. I will just drive on on my own path. I cant wait forever. I am not looking for another man to take his place. That is years away. I got to keep my mind busy cuz I know he is out with his biker buddys. I worry about him when he rides and drinks.
